Vivian Otuekong

With 18 years of banking experience, a Service Management professional (certified ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL V4 Managing Professional, and an ISO 20000 Lead Implementer), Vivian shares her experiences utilizing modern-day service management practices that produce practical results. Her experience merges from various roles she worked in such as Relationship Manager, Product Manager, Channels Manager, and multiple roles within Service Management.
She was the lead implementer for ISO 20000 in Ecobank Nigeria as well as eProcess International. She was also a member of the implementation team of ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) for Ecobank Nigeria. She has worked with the team to maintain these standards for the past 8years. She has been a core member of the management team of Ecobank Nigeria Technology, contributing to the design, implementation, and attainment of its strategic goals and plans over the past 5years.
Vivian has an MBA from the Nigerian Open University of Nigeria, a PGD in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a BSc in Economics from the Abia State University Nigeria.
