Lazarus Okorlie

Lazarus Okolie is the MD/CEO and Founder of Norlics Nigeria Limited, an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company that specializes in Payment Solutions, Automated Revenue Systems, Enterprise Risk Management Solutions, Information/Cyber Security Solutions, Consulting, and Financial Service Solutions. He grew the company from scratch to an enviable ICT company currently having a quality clientele base in FSI, Public Sector, Conglomerates, and Multi-National Companies.

Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer of Fidelity Bank where he was responsible for the design, management, maintenance, and security of the technology infrastructure, software development and implementation, procurement, business process re-engineering, information security, and the entire information assets of the bank. 

He has consulted for Deloitte and held several strategic positions in the IT Division of United Bank for Africa Plc and was the Head of IT for Bank of Industry Limited.  He was also an Alternate Director representing Fidelity Bank Plc on the Board of Unified Payment Services Limited (UPSL) and the Board of PayAttitude for about four years.

Lazarus has a B. Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. Additionally, he has attended leadership and management courses at Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, Gartner CIO Academy, San Diego, California both in USA.
